  • Since 2016 – 9 tahun
  • seorang Dr yang very knowledgeable + certifications + credibility
  • Focusing to help a very specific niche, a small audience
  • One of the pioneer in her niche
  • Busy with the Dr works, and in the same time building the business
  • A wife, mother who always prioritize her family first over business
  • God, Family, Business. In that order.

  • Current business model tak scalable
  • 99.9% depending on referral
  • High skill, high expertise, but selling your “precious time” to limited number of clients.
  • Outcome(sales) tak setimpal dengan knowledge+masa+resources yang diberikan.
  • Juggling with priorities and roles : God, Family & Business.
  • Ada premis but not utilized well enough yet
  • Since almost all clients come from referral, her work is magnificent, cuma perlu dealing with many limitation of her own resources = TIME
  • Have many satisfied clients but not utilized to feedback and testimonials
  • She has a good heart, wants to help everyone who’s having the problem even for free, but time is limited. And need to get paid too to survive.
  • To stay virtue and to be ethical in marketing and preaching, since almost all competitors aren’t practicing ethical conducts needed.
  • Nak start balik enjin, since 2 tahun cuti (focus on family), lepas habis pantang, now ready 100% to rebuild her business, tapi tak tau nak start dari mata.

  • Basuh mindset, in order to help more people, you need to help yourself first. (Konsep :Put the Oxygen Mask on Yourself First)
  • She’s deeply concern on this “helping” things, ini ialah passion dia, dan jihad dia atas ilmu yang Allah bagi pada dia. Alhamdulillah, dia lega dan mula faham lepas basuh mindset.
  • Kita still boleh bantu “semua” orang, cuma business model tu sendiri tak scalable
  • I design the whole scalable business model from scratch, according to her chosen lifestyle (because educational/consultation/service is my forte, been doing for 10 years)
  • From doing barely enough now, (4-5 figures), with the new business model, projected sales is 6 figures per month, in 6-12 months, inshaAllah.
